How long does it take to make a wig?

 

Because of the wigs have different style, so the production time have many different. the production time is from 5days to 60 days, i think most customer can not understand why there are so large different.

In our factory, we have a skills competition every year, for the full lace wigs, our fastest worker can hand tied a 130% density wigs within 2 days.

Becasuse there are many steps to made a wigs, select the hair, steam sterilization, washing and clean…… process the hair and dyed the hair color, do the wigs base cap… hand tied hair, after treatment, package… an so on. hand tied the hair is most time-consuming.

In other words, if we do a super rush order, we can finish fresh full lace wigs within 5days,

For the front lace wigs, 360 wigs, machine wigs, the production time is more shorter, our worker only spend 20 minute on sewing a machine wigs.

For the custom made wigs, the production time is longer becasue it is more complex, the pure production time is about 15 days.

But it is just a ideal condition, we have our stable production schedule base our stable produce.

Attention please :

Why I said 5 day to 60 days, becasue the factory have to think about manufacturing costs, we have to reasonable resource allocation. For example, we can not steam sterilization for few hair, can not dyed the hair individually if the hair is too less, can not ask for the worker over time every day. ….

I think you will be clear why the production time is 5-60days.

Full lace wigs : have the stock, if do the fresh, the production time is about 30days

Front lace wigs:  have the stock, if do the fresh, the production time is about 20days

360 lace wigs:  have the stock, if do the fresh, the production time is about 25days

Mono with PU: the production time is about 50days

All skin: the production time is about 50days

Inject wigs: the production time is about 60days

Jewish wigs: the production time is about 20days

Silk top wigs: the production time is about 45days

Machine wigs: the production time is about 7days MOQ:50units

Techno wigs: the production time is about 45days

Men’s toupee: we have the stock, if do the fresh, the production time is about 25–30days

Custom made wigs: the production time is about 25days – 60days
